Juliette qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist in 2009 and has been running her own Clinic since then.
A full Professional & Registered Member of Hypnosis New Zealand (HNZRCH), Juliette has completed many additional practitioner trainings including Virtual Gastric Band, EMDR, Gut-Directed Hypnosis, Quit Smoking, Auto-Immune Hypnosis, EFT, NLP, Root Cause Therapy, and is a certified Life Coach and Manifestation Coach.

All hypnotherapy sessions are private and confidential. General audio recordings may be provided as appropriate for clients to listen to at home to reinforce the changes we have made. Session times vary depending on the needs of the individual and our prices are per session rather than time-based.
Online Live Stream Individual Private 1:1 Sessions are also available from the comfort and safety of your own home.
These are full sessions including coaching techniques, valuable information and hypnosis sessions, run as I would run them in clinic. There are also bonus extras such as additional hypnosis sessions or bonus audio recordings. These are pre-recorded for you to watch online at your leisure. They are not verbally interactive sessions, however written comments and questions are welcome. Current courses available are for Virtual Gastric Band, Weight Control and Healthy Lifestyle, Stop Smoking and Sleep. More packages will be available soon.
The VGB hypnosis for weight loss program has a 95% success rate in clinical trials in the UK, similar to the success levels Juliette has seen with her clients since implementation in 2014. The VGB program is generally aimed at those whose main issues are with portion control and snacking. It is not a "diet" nor does it focus on restriction or deprivation; it is a sustainable healthy eating approach and mindset that allows for comfortable, easy and maintainable weight loss.
Our Coach and Hypnotherapist, Juliette, has trained in nutrition so can offer you expert guidance on food choices which is then reinforced using hypnosis.

This program helps you to achieve a healthier, happier relationship with food. We combine coaching, NLP, hypnosis, and EFT techniques
to optimize success. I focus on food choices, water, exercise, timings of meals and nutrition. This is a general approach for those who are
generally happy with their portion sizes, it is more focused on choices and headspace.
Our healthy lifestyle routine package is not about dieting or deprivation, its about losing the diet mentality, the self-sabotaging part of us, and simply enjoying choosing real, natural unprocessed foods in smaller portions, being active and drinking plenty of water.
