At Levels 1 & 2 the clinic is open as normal and I am able to see clients in person.

Appointments:

I would like to avoid the use of the waiting room as much as possible at Alert Level 2:

• Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment rather than early
• Appointments will be spaced further apart so that I can clean surfaces
• I request that you do not bring any extra people with you to your appointment unless absolutely necessary – this includes any children who may be home from school for any reason but especially for sickness.
• The client bathroom is always available for use

Feeling Unwell?

If you or anyone in your bubble:

• are unwell in any way, especially with any fever, cold, flu or cough symptoms
• have been in contact with anyone diagnosed or showing symptoms of covid-19

Please! reschedule your appointment for a minimum of 14 days later

Clinic Hygiene:

Every precaution is taken to keep everyone safe at the clinic.

• All surfaces will be regularly sanitized
• The large clinic room allows plenty of space to maintain social distancing of 2 to 3 metres
• Hand sanitiser will be available outside the main front door for your use before touching the door handle and entering the clinic to maintain hygienic surfaces.

Please note: online Zoom sessions are still available for those who prefer.

Individual sessions are available online as a live video call via Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp or Messenger, so that you can remain in the comfort and safety of your own home. Provided you have good internet connection, a comfy chair or propped up on your bed, a video link connection via an app and are not likely to be disturbed during the session, this is an ideal option. Pricing remains the same and payment can be made online.
